Blood gene expression from postmenopausal women in the Norwegian Women and Cancer (NOWAC) postgenome study. Whole blood samples from postmenopausal women aged between 48 and 63 years, including 211 NS and 74 CS.
The transcriptome (mRNAs) was characterized using ABI Human Genome Survey Microarray Version 2.
This dataset is the normalized intensity values for each gene and each sample. The full dataset is available from the National Center for Biotechnology Information Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO; http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gds/?term=GEO) under the identifier GSE15289.
