Cannabinoid-based therapies for agitation and neuropsychiatric symptoms in Alzheimer's disease: data, analysis files, and supplementary materials for a Bayesian network meta-analysis

This repository contains companion research materials for a prospectively registered systematic review and Bayesian network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials evaluating cannabinoid-based therapies for agitation and neuropsychiatric symptoms in Alzheimer's disease. Separate networks were constructed for agitation assessed with the Cohen–Mansfield Agitation Inventory (CMAI) and neuropsychiatric symptoms assessed with eligible Neuropsychiatric Inventory (NPI) measures. The repository includes the Spanish-language conference poster, a historical export of the PROSPERO registration, processed NMA input data, analysis specifications, methodological assessments, figures, tables, supplementary materials, and the complete reference list cited in the associated manuscript.
