Efficiency and lifetime of electron transfer in tin perovskite / zinc oxide heterostructures investigated by time-resolved diffraction anoma

Hybrid tin halide perovskites (HTHPs) are a promising alternative to lead-based perovskites. We will employ time-resolved diffraction anomalous fine structure (DAFS) at the Zn K-edge to monitor the efficiency of electron transfer and the electron lifetime in ZnO/HTHP heterostructures from the electron acceptor side (ZnO), which are key factors in improving perovskite solar cells and supporting the global shift to renewable energy.
