Transcriptomic sequences of Alternaria alternata strains SD-BZF-19 infected with or without AaBRV1

We generated a comparative analysis of RNA-sequence (RNA-seq) data to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between the mycovirus AaBRV1-infected strain SD-BZF-19 and the mycovirus AaBRV1-free strain SD-BZF-19-G14. The comparative analysis provided information that was used to identify potential molecular mechanisms responsible for reducing sensitivity to difenoconazole, fludioxonil and tebuconazole. The total RNA of SD-BZF-19 and SD-BZF-19-G14 were extracted with three replicates of every strain.
