本研究中，采用肝素化血液，以1:5的比例稀释并与细胞培养介质混合，于37°C、5%二氧化碳环境下，与脂多糖（LPS，浓度为100 ng/ml）及两种浓度的乙酰半胱氨酸（AKG）共同孵育24小时。随后，通过300xg、5分钟的离心处理，对细胞进行分离，并按照“材料与方法”部分所述方法测定细胞因子水平。对各组中位数的统计显著性进行了比较。
