资源简介:

This record contains the dataset associated with the manuscript “Distinct Cellular State Transitions Induced by Silver Nanoparticles and Ions: A Single-Cell Proteomic Perspective on Metal Toxicity.” The study uses mass cytometry-based single-cell proteomic analysis (MCySCP) in THP-1 monocytes to compare time-dependent responses to silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and ionic silver delivered as silver nitrate (AgNO₃). The dataset supports analyses of Ag-associated signal together with protein markers related to metal response, redox and stress signaling, DNA damage, apoptosis, membrane permeability, inflammation, and cell-cycle context. The deposited materials include raw and/or processed mass cytometry data, marker information, preprocessing and analysis outputs, UMAP coordinates, Phenograph cluster assignments, cluster-level marker summaries, response-state category assignments, and analysis files used to support the figures and conclusions of the associated manuscript. These data were used to evaluate whether ionic and particulate silver redistribute THP-1 cells into distinct marker-defined response states over time, supporting a Dose–Context–State framework for single-cell particle toxicology. This record has been prepared to reserve a DOI and to support submission and peer review of the associated manuscript. Files are intended to remain under restricted access before publication of the associated article. Access may be provided to editors or reviewers for evaluation purposes. The record access status and/or dataset version will be updated after publication of the associated article.
