Transcriptional response of Schistosoma mansoni to in vivo meclonazepam exposure

The goal of this project is to measure transcriptional responses of parasitic schistosomes to in vivo meclonazepam exposure. Schistosoma mansoni infected mice were treated with meclonazepam or vehicle control at timepoints either 4 weeks or 7 weeks post-infection and harvested for comparative RNA-Seq. The juvenile, 4 week MCLZ treated cohort of this experiment was conducted in parallel to the treatment in bioproject PRJNA597909 and can be compared to that 4 week control cohort (accession numbers SRR10776773, SRR10776772, SRR10776761, SRR10776760, SRR10776759).
