Prepulse-Induced Changes in Ion Acceleration Direction:Insights from TNSA Regime Experiments and Simulations at PHELIX [Data set]

This dataset was collected during experiment P-21-00008 conducted at the PHELIX Laser Facility at GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH. This dataset supports the findings from the publication and includes:- 1D lineouts of simulated electron density profiles at various laser energies and beam waists (Fig. 4),- time-resolved density profiles from 2D and 3D hydrodynamic simulations compared with interferometry measurements (Fig. 5),- normalized proton cutoff energies versus prepulse delay extracted from RCF and Thomson parabola diagnostics (Fig. 6). All data files are provided as tab-delimited ASCII files with header rows specifying physical units. Error bars are included where applicable. This dataset enables reproduction of all line plots shown in the main figures of the article. Format: Plain text (`.txt`), one file per dataset.
