Hourly generation data for 2022–2024 and every result reported in the article as a live Excel formula: hourly, annual and working-hour dynamic emission factors, the three-component decomposition, the backtest scenarios, descriptive statistics and distributional tests, and the sensitivity analyses. README.md — guide to the record. The workbook was built alongside Turkish-language source data, so sheet names and column headers are in Turkish. Sheet 00 README (EN), the first sheet, is the English key: it gives the sheet index, the column glossary, the units, the data sources with retrieval dates, and a four-step verification walkthrough.
