Human ErbB2 and CAPS expression are correlated in DepMAP data

DepMap data showing the correlation between ErbB2 expression and CAPS expression in cancer cell lines. Data analysis using Prism shows a positive correlation between ErbB2 and CAPS expression. This data is consistent with the findings of Wang et al., 2004, that showed upregulation of CAPS transcription in response to ErbB2 transfection.
