The carbon emissions from earthquake fissures on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was obtained from field measurements conducted by the research team between April and July 2022 in the high-intensity areas of the Maduo Ms7.2 earthquake (May 22, 2021) and the Menyuan Ms6.9 earthquake (January 8, 2022). The measurements were made using the Li-8100A soil carbon flux system, and the carbon emission data is reported in units of $μmol$ $CO_2$ $m^{-2}·s^{-1}$. The dataset contains three sheets. The first sheet records the carbon emission data from the Maduo earthquake fissures, the second sheet records the carbon emission data from the Menyuan earthquake fissures, and the third sheet records the width and depth data of the Menyuan earthquake fissures.
