Supplementary Data to manuscript "Frequent and Varied Recurrent Sequence Evolution After Gene Duplication" (submitted 2019).Contains 2883 eukaryotic protein families (defined with PANTHER profiles), total collection is about 1.9G after unzipping.<br>For each, we provide the multiple sequence alignment and annotation files that come out of our pipeline (view these using Jalview).We also provide a table with the P- and ZF-scores and the obtained duplication- and fate-clusters.See ReadMe.txt for more info.<br>
