存储碳排放企业的碳排放月统计数据，主要包括时间、企业id、数据项编码、区域id、排放行业id、碳排放量、排放源用量、排放源名称、排放活动名称等，平台定时通过企业上报的采集数据值，即对应的采集数据项信息中的排放源的用量，根据对应的碳排放计算公式得出用量对应的碳排放量，并按月进行数据整理。

Stores monthly statistical carbon emission data for carbon-emitting enterprises, mainly including time, Enterprise ID, Data Item Code, Region ID, Emission Industry ID, Carbon Emissions, Emission Source Usage, Emission Source Name, Emission Activity Name, and other related fields. The platform regularly obtains the collected data values reported by enterprises, which are precisely the usage amounts of emission sources in the corresponding collected data item information, calculates the carbon emissions corresponding to these usage amounts based on the matching carbon emission calculation formulas, and organizes the data on a monthly basis.
