Ralstonia solanacearum strain AHR56 genome sequencing and assembly

This study presents a protocol to test the resistance of Eucalyptus species to Ralstonia solanacearum, a destructive plant pathogen. Additionally, we validated this protocol testing resistance of six commercial Eucalyptus species using strain AHR56, a highly virulent R. solanacearum strain isolated in Brazil. This study presents a complete, whole genome assembly of strain AHR56.
