资源简介:
Myocardial infarction (MI) is a worldwide disease with high morbidity and mortality and a major cause of chronic heart failure, seriously affecting patients' quality of life. Natural medicine has been used to cure or prevent cardiovascular disease for decades. As a natural flavonoid, Antocyanide has been used to treat many diseases due to its antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, and others. However, the molecular mechanism of Cyanidin (Cyn) in MI is not precise. As demonstrated by the result, after MI, some genes such as Fibronectin 1(Fn1) and Matrix metalloproteinases (MMP2/9) is highly overexpressed, and Cyn protects myocardial cell apoptosis by regulating these genes. These results were warranted by autodocking simulation. Overall design: We performed RNA sequencing analysis derived from mouse infarcted cardiac tissues or normal left ventricle (LV).
