Area delimitations of the existing landscape conservation areas (LSG) pursuant to Section 26 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act of 29 July 2009 [BGBl. I p. 2542] (last amended 6 October 2011 [BGBl. I p. 1986) in conjunction with Section 15 of the State Nature Conservation Act of 24 February 2010 [GVOBl. Schl.-H. p. 301] (last amended 13 July 2011 [GVOBl. The completeness of the data cannot be guaranteed in this respect. be (depending on delivery by the circles). Schl.-H.）第301页]（2011年7月13日最后一次修订[《石勒苏益格-荷尔斯泰因州政府公报》第225页]）。 **投影基准：** ETRS89坐标系，GRS80椭球体，UTM第32带，东向坐标前缀为32（EPSG代码：4647），转换自：DHDN90坐标系，1841年贝塞尔椭球体，GK第3带（EPSG代码：31467），转换方法为：DHDN90；GK第3带；州测绘/形状函数转换法（SH-Trans） **测量比例尺：** 1:25000 ### 属性字段 - **分类（Categor）**：保护区分类LSG——景观保护区（Protected Landscape Area） - **现状（Stock）**：生效状态，1代表具有完全法律效力的景观保护区 - **保护区编号（Area No）**：现有保护区的编号（按行政区划分） - **保护地名称（Site name）**：现有保护区的官方名称 - **原法规发布日期（VO）**：原始设立法规的生效日期 - **法规修订日期（AEND_VO）**：最后一次修订法规的日期（含几何边界修改） - **生效年份（year）**：保护区首次正式生效的年份（若涉及扩建或范围调整，相关信息可能存在差异） - **行政区编号（Kreis-Nr）**：行政区代码（Kreiskennziffer），对应关系如下：1=弗伦斯堡市，2=基尔市，3=吕贝克市，4=新明斯特市，51=迪特马尔申县，53=劳恩堡公爵领地县，54=北弗里西亚县，55=东荷尔斯泰因县，56=平讷贝格县，57=普伦县，58=伦茨堡-埃肯弗德县，59=石勒苏益格-弗伦斯堡县，60=泽格贝格县，61=施泰因堡县，62=斯托尔马恩县 - **行政区缩写（Circle）**：对应汽车牌照的行政区缩写（FL、KI、HL、NMS、HEI、RZ、NF、OH、PI、PLOE、RD、SL、SE、IZ、OD） - **数字化比例尺（Scale）**：用于数字化提取几何边界的底图比例尺 - **备注（Remark）**：数字化作业相关说明 - **元数据链接（Info_Konta）**：指向Preludio平台元数据的链接 - **法规来源（Rechtsgrun）**：官方互联网平台上的法规文本来源地址 - **保护区面积（Area_ha）**：以公顷为单位的保护区总面积（经数字化计算得出的精确面积） ### 备注说明 景观保护区的划定职责由作为下级自然保护主管部门的各行政区承担，因此本数据集的数据完整性无法得到保证，具体取决于各行政区的提交情况。 本数据集的数字化边界源自各行政区提交的纸质法规地图的数字化转换。若有详细咨询需求，请查阅对应法规的原始纸质地图（由各行政区/下级自然保护主管部门以及州/最高级自然保护主管部门保管）。 本数据集的**保护地编号**（按行政区划分的唯一编号）遵循以下原则： 1. 编号排序以原始设立法规的发布日期为准。 2. 若一项法规中保护了多个被空间阻隔或专属名称区分的景观区域，或官方行政区列表中明确要求对各区域分别管理，则每个景观区域将获得独立的编号与名称。 3. 若某一景观保护区被撤销，则其对应的矢量多边形数据与属性记录将被删除，这可能导致连续编号出现跳号或空缺。 4. 若在已受保护的区域内新划定子区域作为景观保护区，则该子区域将被赋予新的编号与名称。此时，数据集中的「生效年份」字段将沿用原景观保护区的生效年份，以体现连续或既往的保护状态。 在州级办公系统中，地理信息系统（GIS）、保护区登记册（SGK）与档案计划中使用统一的编号格式。景观保护区的官方参考编号格式为：`5322.1-`，其后跟随行政区代码与项目编号（针对OD、OH、PI等地区需补充完整编号，其余地区仅需保证GIS与保护区登记册（SGK）的编号一致即可）。 各行政区内部的列表编号与州级办公系统的编号可能存在差异。
