2017 - 2018 Biannual Report January Pursuant to Local Law 93 of 2015, the Department of Education is required to provide reports on student discipline data (suspension data) to the City Council twice a year (October 31 and March 31). The October reporting requires citywide suspension data by month for the second half of the academic year, January through June. Per the legislation and in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), any value from zero (0) to five (5) has been redacted.

2017-2018年度半年报告根据2015年地方立法第93号法规定，教育部门须每年两次（10月31日和3月31日）向市议会提交关于学生纪律数据（停课数据）的报告。10月份的报告需提供涵盖学年下半年的全市停课数据，按月度统计，自1月至6月。依据相关立法及《家庭教育权利和隐私法案》（FERPA）的规定，所有介于零（0）至五（5）之间的数值均已被匿名化处理。
