Our goal is to describe the regulation and role of RNAPII transcriptional fidelity during heat stress in plants. For this we use circle-sequencing (CirSeq) on wild type Col-0, transcriptional (TFIIS) and post-transcriptional (UPF1) quality control mutant Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings treated with ambient (NT) and one day 37 C heat (1d) temperature. Our results have relevance in plant biology, molecular biology, abiotic stress biology an agriculture.
