Peru: students enrolled in public universities 2007-2022

In 2022, around 357,300 students were enrolled in public universities in Peru, an increase for the first time in three years. The highest amount of enrolled students in Peruvian's public universities was in 2018, with over 380,800 students. Even thouogh, the majority of students enrolled in universities in Peru attended private higher education institutions.
