Single cell RNA sequencing analysis of sorted T and B cells following natural primary and secondary DENV infection

Viable T cells (CD3+ CD19-) and B cells (CD3- CD19+) were sorted from PBMC samples obtained from 6 individuals experiencing either natural primary or natural secondary DENV infection. Single cell RNA sequencing analysis was performed on 2-3 time points per subject Single cell RNA sequencing analysis of 2-3 time points from 3 subjects experiencing a natural primary DENV infection and 3 subjects experiencing a natural secondary DENV infection
