This dataset is a monophonic folk song corpus annotated with musical phrases, intended for training models to generate structured musical motifs. The dataset includes phrase annotations stored in JSON files, whose songs feature short average durations that align with the standard characteristics of folk music. In terms of scale, the dataset contains 23,733 training files, 2,649 validation files, and 100 test files. The core task of this dataset is the generation and development of musical motifs.
