Users participating in the "Casual Shot" campaign upload videos and images via mobile phones to share the beautiful scenery of Nanjing and expose urban governance issues. Leveraging technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, the system can identify the following contents captured by users: domestic waste accumulation, blocked fire exits, occupied blind lanes, road waterlogging, road damage, road subsidence, manhole cover problems, and street-side airing.
