通过规范的产品委托抽检工作,将检测结果通过信息化手段上传至指定数据库,为政府部门开展复合肥料安全监管、保障生产生活安全供应提供科学数据。同时,通过长期收集和分析复合肥料抽检数据,实现对复合肥料安全现状及趋势发展的综合研判,为全社会的安全治理、形成社会共治的良好大局提供信息化服务复合肥料中总养分含量的测定:总养分包括总氮、有效磷含量以及钾含量。总氮的测定共有三种方法分别为:滴定法、自动分析仪法、杜马斯燃烧法。有效磷的测定共有三种方法分别为:磷钼酸喹咻重量法、等离子体发射光谱法、自动分析仪。钾含量的测定共有三种方法分别为:四苯硼酸钾重量法、自动分析仪法、等离子体发射光谱法。总养分的计算为总氮、有效磷和钾含量之和。此次统计复合肥料中总养分(高浓度)的合格率。合格率计算公式为合格率 = (合格数量 / 总数量) x 100%
Through standardized entrusted product sampling inspection, test results are uploaded to a designated database via information-based means, providing scientific data for government departments to conduct safety supervision of compound fertilizers and ensure safe supply for production and daily life. Meanwhile, by long-term collection and analysis of compound fertilizer sampling inspection data, comprehensive assessment and analysis of the current safety status and development trends of compound fertilizers can be carried out, providing information-based services for the safety governance of the whole society and the formation of a favorable situation of collaborative social governance.
Determination of total nutrient content in compound fertilizers: Total nutrients consist of total nitrogen, available phosphorus and potassium content. Three methods are available for the determination of total nitrogen: titration method, automated analyzer method, and Dumas combustion method. Three methods are available for the determination of available phosphorus: quinoline phosphomolybdate gravimetric method, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES), and automated analyzer. Three methods are available for the determination of potassium content: potassium tetraphenylborate gravimetric method, automated analyzer method, and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The total nutrient content is calculated as the sum of the contents of total nitrogen, available phosphorus and potassium.
This statistical work targets the qualified rate of total nutrient (high-concentration) in compound fertilizers. The calculation formula of the qualified rate is: Qualified Rate = (Qualified Quantity / Total Quantity) × 100%
