Two statues of people can be seen on either side of the entrance to the library at center, and a sign between them reads "Et Qvasi Cvrsores Vitai Lampada Tradvnt". A large park-like area can be seen in the foreground and is shaded by an assortment of tress and divided by cement walkways.
