This repository contains simulation setup, output data, python scripts and results for the publication "Surrogate based Uncertainty Quantification in Pyrolysis Modeling: A Comparative Analysis". The dataset set contains the following folders Data - containing output data from the 2D PATO simulations and respective parameter file parameter_500.csv Inverse_modeling - norm data file and output plots for 20000 1D PATO simulations in folder design_plots along with the parameter values in post_opt_ea.dat file and plotting script named fitness_convergence.py Sensitivities - sensitivities for 20000 1D PATO simulations in file Sensitivities.csv and plotting script sens_plots.py Simulation - sample PATO simulation setup for 1D and 2D in respective folders UQ_Method_scripts - python scripts for the surrogate methods
