The effect of inhibition of TIR/AFB auxin signaling pathway on the distribution of open chromatin region in meristematic Arabidopsis cells was analyzed. For this analysis, Arabidopsis cultured cells, MM2d, were used and PEO-IAA was used as an inhibitor for the TIR/AFB auxin signaling pathway. Two days after the transfer to new medium, the cells were treated with DMSO or 10 uM PEO-IAA for 2d. Then nuclei was extracted and was subjected to ATAC-seq analysis.
