鞋类外底耐磨测试相对体积损失情况检测数据

鞋类作为日常穿着的重要元素之一，其外底的耐磨性能的好坏直接关系到鞋类产品的耐用性能，同时也会影响到鞋类产品的安全性能。本数据通过检测鞋类外底在耐磨性能测试中的相对体积损失，从而判断其耐磨性能是否达标，保证鞋类产品的生产质量。1、数据采集：从企业生产的鞋类产品中随机抽检，采集相关原始数据，包括样品编号和样品名称；2、数据检测：根据QB/T 2884-2020《鞋类 外底试验方法 耐磨性能》中规定的鞋类外底耐磨性能检测方法，检测相关数据，包括样品的质量损失m，样品的密度ρ和标准橡胶试片的平均质量损失S，常规标准橡胶试片质量损失S0取200mg；3、数据处理：将检测得到的数据进行归集，根据相对体积损失计算公式：V=（m*S0）/（ρ*S），可得相对体积损失V，将相对体积损失V的数值与相应的鞋类外底耐磨性能指标要求进行比对，若符合则为合格产品，反之亦然；4、数据应用：本数据根据检测得到的样品相对体积损失，从而判断该鞋类产品的耐磨性能，耐磨性能是衡量鞋类产品质量的重要技术指标，耐磨性能好的鞋类能够有效提升使用者的穿着舒适性和日常生活品质。

This dataset judges whether the wear resistance of footwear products meets the standards by detecting the relative volume loss of shoe outsoles during wear resistance tests, so as to ensure the production quality of footwear products.
1. Data Collection: Randomly spot-check footwear products produced by enterprises, and collect relevant raw data including sample number and sample name.
2. Data Testing: Conduct tests in accordance with the shoe outsole wear resistance test method specified in QB/T 2884-2020 *Footwear - Test Methods for Outsoles - Wear Resistance*. The collected test data includes the mass loss m of the sample, the density ρ of the sample, and the average mass loss S of the standard rubber test piece. The conventional mass loss S0 of the standard rubber test piece is set to 200 mg.
3. Data Processing: Organize the obtained test data, and calculate the relative volume loss V using the formula: V = (m*S0)/(ρ*S). Compare the calculated relative volume loss V with the corresponding wear resistance index requirements for footwear outsoles. If it meets the standards, the product is qualified; otherwise, it is unqualified.
4. Data Application: This dataset uses the relative volume loss of the tested samples to judge the wear resistance of footwear products. Wear resistance is an important technical indicator for measuring the quality of footwear products. Footwear with excellent wear resistance can effectively improve the wearing comfort and daily life quality of users.
