Derived data and code for Knowledge connections across One Health domains in hypochlorous acid and electrolyzed water research

Derived data and executable Python code for the expanded assessment of hypochlorous acid and electrolyzed water research across human, animal and environmental domains. Version 0.3.0 contains 4,581 author-adopted publications from 2000–2025, their H/A/E and resistance-related labels, and 41,395 confirmed unique non-self internal citation pairs. It includes expanded descriptive results, fractional citation matrices, 5,000-draw bootstrap and within-year permutation analyses, DOI-only and 2010–2025 sensitivities, conditional sensitivity calibration, and synonym-normalized keyword aggregate tables. The historical 517-publication public analysis remains available as version 0.2.0. Current-rule labels for its embedded stratum are distinguished from the historical published labels. Independent coding agreement estimates belong to the historical samples; no new expanded-corpus kappa is claimed. Raw Web of Science exports, abstracts, full texts, native cited-reference strings and private reviewer records are excluded. The README documents evidence depth, analysis scope and reproducibility.
