Replication Data for: Validity of a practitioner-administered observational tool to measure physical activity, nutrition, and screen time in school-age programs

These data were used to assess the validity of the OSNAP-OPAT measure, and were collected in 2 phases during the follow-up period of the OSNAP group randomized controlled trial in spring 2011 and during fall 2012 in two other Massachusetts cities participating in afterschool initiatives. The data comprise 3 levels: site, child, and day levels. They can be merged on identifying variables 'siteid' and 'childid'.
