Statistical analysis of lung metastases burden.

Data from Table 1 comparing groups of mice receiving various treatment regimens were analyzed statistically. A Fisher's exact test was performed on the data, and was based on the proportion of mice with extensive lung metastases (classified as TNTC or too numerous to count) compared to mice with lower lung burden or absence of lung metastases. P values are depicted (P>0.05 considered not significant).
