以不同流速和开度条件下单向阀为研究对象,基于ANSYS V18.1软件进行不同流速和开度条件下典型单向阀阀的冲击(蚀)损伤模拟分析,发现不同开度条件下,阀体内最大压力和最大流速均随着入口初始流速的增加而显著增加;在相同入口初始流速条件下,阀体内最大压力和最大流速随着阀门开度的增加,先陡降后趋于平稳;不同开度条件下,损伤部位主要位于阀芯与阀体之间的过留表面。数据集文件1.14MB。
Taking typical one-way valves under varying flow velocities and opening degrees as the research object, numerical simulations and analyses of impact (erosion) damage were performed using ANSYS V18.1 software. The results show that, under different valve opening degrees, both the maximum pressure and maximum flow velocity within the valve body increase significantly as the initial inlet flow velocity rises. Under the same initial inlet flow velocity, both the maximum pressure and maximum flow velocity inside the valve body first decrease sharply and then level off with the increase of valve opening. Under various opening degrees, the damage sites are mainly located on the flow passage surface between the valve spool and the valve body. The dataset file has a size of 1.14 MB.
