transcriptome analysis of Hordeum brevisubulatum(Trin.)Link under mixed salt and alkaline stress
收藏资源简介:
The leaves of Hordeum brevisubulatum(Trin.)Link in the 300 mmol/L treatment group were sequenced and analyzed. Compared with the control group, 4163 genes were up-regulated and 1936 genes were downregulated. The GO function classification of the differentially expressed genes could be divided into 52 subclasses of 3 main categories: biological process, cell component and molecular function; 4 405 differential genes were annotated into 132 Pathway, mainly involved in sucrose synthesis, proline synthesis, peroxisome metabolic pathways, sucrose synthase (SuS), ornithine aminotransferase (OAT), glutamate kinase (ProB), glutamate-5-semialdehyde dehydrogenase (ProA), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) are up-regulated. Hordeum brevisubulatum(Trin.)Link can adapt to saline alkali stress by increasing the content of some osmotic regulators. This metabolic process regulates the physiological mechanism of regulating the expression of related genes.
