This FAIRsharing record describes: ArrayExpress is a database of functional genomics experiments that can be queried and the data downloaded. ArrayExpress has moved to the BioStudies repository but maintains its distinct data model and submission portal - experiments are submitted directly to ArrayExpress via its own dedicated submission tool Annotare.
It includes gene expression data from microarray and high throughput sequencing studies, including single-cell sequencing experiments. Data is collected to MIAME, MINSEQE and minSCe standards and guidelines.
