It includes prospective COCO/BBOB and CUTEst holdouts; registered mechanism-ablation, modern-baseline, large-scale and scientific-model evaluations; NIST reference-data evaluations; Track E2 predictive-state records; elliptic-PDE finite-set measurement-design records; independent Apple Silicon replication; frozen protocols and locks; machine-readable audits; integrity manifests; and a 35-sheet source-data workbook. The evidence supports bounded operational-state, predictive-information and finite-set measurement-design claims. It does not establish universal optimizer superiority, continuation-performance gains, complete inverse-solution enumeration or global identifiability. Third-party benchmark components retain their original terms.
