The scRNA-seq data presented belongs to LBCL patients treated with CAR-T in a phase I trial. This was obtained using the Illumina NextSeq 2000 sequencer. Single-Cell RNA sequencing of the drug product was done to obtain a fine-grained profile of CD27+ and CD127+ CAR+ cells. Our in silico approach to call CAR+ cells was validated by correlating their fraction with CAR+ cells identified via flow cytometry. CAR+CD27+CD127+ cells were identified in the drug product and further investigated via differential gene expression analysis.
