Our Distribution Substation Service Areas dataset contains the approximate areas served by Northern Powergrids distribution substations. Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO) regions have also been added from our IDNO dataset. These areas are approximations and should not be used in place of a genuine connections study for identifying what part of our network a property/service is connected to
