The dataset includes two types of hydrological data, CTD and XCTD, obtained from two expeditions in the Pacific Ocean Sector of the Arctic Ocean in 2016 summer, consisting of 94 CTD data and 24 XCTD data on Xuelong R/V from China, and 43 CTD data and 13 XCTD data on Akademik M.A. Lavrentyev R/V from Russia. The dataset could be used to analyze the hydrological environmental characteristics of the Pacific-Arctic Ocean in 2016.
