Share of total e-waste recycling capacity in India 2023, by recycler type

As of the year 2023, close to half of the total e-waste recycling capacity in India was from recyclers with capacity over 10 thousand metric tons per year. During the same period, the majority of the waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) was collected through the informal sector in the country.
