<b>Transcriptomic approach on </b><b><i>Villorita cyprinoides </i></b><b>(black clam)</b>

<i>Villorita cyprinoides</i> is an ecologically and aquaculturally significant endemic species. This project aims to create reference transcriptomes that will provide a baseline for advancing studies to address species localized habitat, underlying response mechanisms to various environmental stressors, and to improve genetically enhanced stress and disease-resistant individuals.
