This report summarises exploration activity on EPM 26483 held by Mawson Canada Pty Ltd (“Mawson”) for the year ending 10 December 2020. Mawson is exploring for large iron-oxidecopper-gold (IOCG) and Broken Hill type (BHT)/Cannington-style deposits.
Work on EPM 26483 has been related to interpretation of new geophysics conducted during the prior reporting period and the drilling conducted on another permit, specifically EPM 26940 where an 849.7 metre drill hole (MQDDH001) was completed. Mawson’s new (2019) aeromagnetic and gravity data are progressively being incorporated into the solid geology model for EPM 26483 based on logging information and geochemical data (received in December 2020). No on-ground activity took place as no rock outcrops are present.
