OHSEM Stream Reno Data - Parcel Access Poly
The Stream Restoration Parcel Access Polygons layer was developed to support the suitability analysis for stream restoration projects. The polygons were derived from MCAD tax parcels and manually modified to account for: Permanent easements and rights-of-way (ROW) for electric and oil & gas pipelines Gaps filled to account for road and railroad transportation ROWs Newly created parcels to ensure complete coverage for potential project access Important Notes: These polygons are not official easements or ROWs and should not be used as legal property boundaries They are intended to model potential access points to stream restoration project areas, with a preference for existing transportation ROWs where feasible These parcels were used to create the classified parcel access polygons which then informed the final suitability analysis Intended Users: Contractors, consultants, and planning staff working on stream restoration projects GIS analysts evaluating access and planning construction logistics Access / Sharing: Publicly available for download Read-only access; editing is restricted Update Frequency: Updated as new parcels or ROW modifications are identified and incorporated into access planning Data Sources: MCAD Tax Parcels Road, rail, and utility ROW information Montgomery County IT-GIS derived modifications
