Here, we selected five different commercial and most commonly used anti-m6A antibodies and optimized the concentration of anti-m6A antibodies in the human fetal brain and liver. Our results revealed that a regular concentration of Millipore antibodies (M572 and M1006) worked well starting from the regular quantity of RNA , while a relatively low concentration of cell signaling technology antibody was suitable for relatively low-input RNA more effectively in mouse than in human fetal tissues. Generally, we provided an important guideline for antibody selection for different tissues as well as various starting RNA amounts.
