The human metagenome Third Party Annotation (TPA) assembly was derived from the primary whole genome shotgun (WGS) data set,(PRJNA48479). This project includes samples from the following biomes : Fecal,Oral,Attached Keratinized gingiva,buccal mucosa,hard palate,Palatine tonsils,Saliva,Subgingival plaque,Supragingival plaque,Throat,Introitus,Midpoint vagina,posterior fornix,anterior nares,retroauricular crease.
