资源简介:
Non-Fiber Carbohydrate (NFC) provides major energy for the rumen and ruminal microbiota. However, facing with the diet-induced change of commensal composition, whether immune system modulates the tolerogenic pathways in the homeostatic rumen is unclear. To study it, six male goats (Boer × Yangtze River Delta White, aged 4 mo) fed a diet of 90% dried hay plus 10% concentrate in the first four weeks. Then one group of three fed a diet of 65% dried hay plus 35% concentrate in the following four weeks. The results indicated that available energy promoted the further tolerance in the homeostatic rumen via modulation of commensal-dependent TLR1, 6 and 10 signaling pathways
