Study on the Soil Nitrogen Fixation Effect of Multi-generation Eucalyptus Sprout Forests and the Response and Regulation Mechanisms of Soil Microorganisms.

This study was conducted in the Eucalyptus plantation area of Jinggu County, Yunnan Province. The experimental sites were established in different generations of Eucalyptus coppice plantations with similar site conditions and management levels. Soil samples from the 0-20 cm layer of rhizosphere and bulk soils of the Eucalyptus plantations were collected from each plot. Multiple mixed soil samples were taken from five points in each standard plot, manually picked to remove fine roots, residues, and stones, and then placed in numbered self-sealing bags to be brought back to the laboratory.
