To study the effects of mechanical stretching on fibroblasts, two cell lines, HFF and KF, were subject to 50% uniaxial mechanical stretching for 6, 12, and 18 hours, followed by RNA-seq. with a custom-made cell stretching device, two cell lines, HFF and KF, as well as FACS-sorted CD74+ KF, were subject to 50% uniaxial mechanical stretching for 6, 12, and 18 hours, followed by RNA-seq.
