Investigation of FtPinG0005108900.01-regulated genes in response to drought stress

This dataset encompasses transcriptome analyses conducted on the Arabidopsis thaliana plants overexpressing FtPinG0005108900.01 (FtMYBOE) and wild-type (WT) plants under both normal and drought conditions. A total of 12 RNA-seq libraries were constructed, consisting of three biological replicates for each condition (normal and drought) and each genotype (FtMYBOE and WT).
