Multivariate genetic architecture of cerebral small vessel disease reveals shared liability with small-vessel ischemic stroke: supporting data and analysis code

Supporting data and analysis code for a multivariate genetic study of six MRI markers of cerebral small vessel disease and four clinical outcomes. This version adds fixed-loading global genetic correlations, targeted local genetic correlations, a 1,000-replicate measurement-model bootstrap, Japanese locus validation, the clinical-validation Figure 6 source data, Supplementary Figure S4 mapping, Supplementary Tables S28-S31, and analysis scripts through the clinical-validation phase. Previously deposited genome-wide latent-factor and Q_SNP summary statistics remain unchanged. The record contains summary-level derived data only and no individual-level participant data.
