This is supplementary data for the article titled "A nomogram combining clinical factors and biomarkers for predicting the recurrence of high-risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma". Various biomarkers have been investigated to overcome the limitation of traditional clinical cSCC staging systems, and we constructed a nomogram that includes both clinical factors and biomarkers which showed better predictive ability for cSCC recurrence.
