Validation of TLR2/4/9 triple knockout macrophage cell line using RNA sequencing

In order to validate the identify of TLR2/4/9 triple knockout macrophages isolated from bone marrow from C57/BL6J mice (a gift from Dr. Tod Merkel), RNA sequencing was performed and read density was compared to wild-type macrophages (TLR WT) at the TLR2, TLR4, and TLR9 loci TLR2/4/9 KO macrophages and littermate control TLR WT macrophages were seeded in 6-well plates and RNA was extracted and sequenced to confirm knockout of TLR2/4/9
